As a first time visitor to Athens, we couldn’t have been happier with the tour company we selected. We were greeted at our ship by our guide, Giannis and our Driver George. My wife and I enjoyed a clean non smoking Mercedes sedan for the two of us. They took us all over Athens, to see all of the sights while explaining to us the history of the city, the significance of the many ruins we saw, the Acropolis, the Parthenon and more. He truly has a love for Athens and Greece, and it showed. We continued our tour of Athens and truly had a wonderful time, never once having to deal with the crowds on bus tours and we did things at our own pace. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour company to anyone travelling to Athens

In October we had a wonderful day in Athens. Our ship was two hours late into port and the guide was still waiting for us at the designated place. Our guide's name was Marianna and our driver was Takis. We hit it off right away with both of them. Takis was very funny and had a great sense of humour.Marianna was wonderful also. Her knowledge and love of Athens was very very good. We asked them to take us to an out of the way restaurant. This they did and it was a great meal. We have to say this day with both of them was the highlight of our trip. We will certainly use them again.

Our group of 13 recently stopped at the Port of Piraeus where we had booked (from home) a full day Athens tour through Key Tours. We were met promptly at our ship by our tour guide, Anastasia. She very expertly guided us through the most important historic sites in Athens, yet was very flexible in altering her itinerary to suit our interests and wishes. She was not only very knowledgeable and professional, she was also very personable and charming. We spent a wonderful day with her! Our bus driver, Takis, was also great - very polite and a master in maneuvering us through Athens traffic. We would certainly recommend your tour company to others who would be visiting Greece. Thank you again for all of your help.

We were a party of 6 adults who were cruising the Greek Islands on board a Princess ship. Not wanting to join the hoards on a bus tour I found KEY Private tours company and was very pleased that I did! They were very prompt with their replies to all my e-mails and very clear on the exact price we would have to pay and their instructions for us on how to meet the gudie were very clear even though there is always a complication in Athens as to where the ship is going to dock on the day! Takis was our driver for the day and he was easy to find amongst the crowd which is always a relief. Marianna was our proffesional guide and she was just perfect. We left promptly for The Acropolis and she explained the history of it . She spoke English very well .The whole day was extremely well organised and well timed and we were never made to feel like she was rushing us. We extent our tour at whole day tour and enjoyed a great lunch in a cafe near the market . We also saw the changing of the guard near the Parliament building---that was fascinating and there were not many other tourists there. We followed Mariannas' suggestions but at any time we could have changed the itinerary---the advantages of NOT being on a ship's organised bus tour! Marianna was very professional in her approach but at the same time a lot of fun---we really enjoyed her company. We finished off at the new Acropolis Museum which was so interesting---and very cool, as by mid afternoon Athens was very hot! Marianna was well aware of the time we had to return to the ship and the timing was perfect---we made the most of our day in Athens. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you only have one day in Athens.

Our guide, Rouli, met us when we disembarked from the ship. The instructions provided by Minais (KEY TOURS staff) were clear and there were no problems in finding our guide. There were eleven in our group ranging in age from 16-60. Rouli arranged our day so we would be beat the crowds and she was spot on. We visited he Acropolis, Agora, Plaka, and the New Acropolis Museum. Our guide was knowledgeable and flexible which was perfect for our group. Thank you for a wonderful day!

We had a fantastic day in Athens after we disembarked from the Pacific Princess. We were met by the guide and our driver by the dockside and driven to Athens and its sites. Athough very hot that day we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The view from one of the hills was unbelievablely beautiful, never seen Athens from that angle. After the trip of about 4 hours we were transferred to the airport for our flight back to the UK. Do not forget to choose the extra taxi service to airport!
