In order to reach the Meteora monasteries you will need to climb a significant number of stairs, about 200- 300 steps.
The Monastery of Great Meteoro and the Holy Trinity have more than 300 steps, Rousanou, Varlaam and Saint Nicolaos have about 150 steps. The most accessible monastery is the Holy Monastery of St Stephen whick a have a walking bridge.
