I did the 5 day Classical Tour of Greece. Pick up went relatively smoothly as I came down to the lobby early. We had to change several buses but the staff announced it and seemed thorough in terms of attendance lists and counting how many were on the bus. I was prepared for the bus changes but others who may not have read all the reviews online were confused. I would recommend better communication to customers about this. Since I did the 5 day tour, I had one guide for the first day. It was difficult to understand his accent. I was dropped off in Nafplio without much instruction as to where to get dinner. He said to call the office to get this information. Then, he told me to wait in the lobby tomorrow afternoon to get picked up. I came to the lobby early to get picked up the following day. Christina came later than what the first guide said she would come. I wasted some time waiting in the lobby and then waiting some more since that day's group had just arrived and got some time to explore. However, from then on, things went smoothly. I was so grateful to be picked up by Christina who has perfect English with relatively no accent. She introduced me to George, the bus driver. This set the stage for the rest of the trip. For four days, she was very organized in telling us when to get breakfast, meet, etc. She was very clear with descriptions and was an awesome guide. This trip was worth it because I got to see so much. It was worth paying someone else to organize transport, accommodation, some meals, and tours. I enjoyed all the food, the experience, and the people. We got adequate food and bathroom breaks. We had enough time to see the sites. My only regret was that I didn't have Christina for the first day. I missed out on seeing the Corinth canal and some tour information because I couldn't understand the first guide.

Great tour. Started off with on time pick up from our hotel. Bus transport was fine, with much appreciated and needed A/C! road trips weren't too long, and often included a pit stop for coffee or cigarette (pick your evil). Hotels along the trip were fine, 3-4 star accommodation, and food was often included. Glad we did the 5-day rather than 4-day tour, got to spend the afternoon and evening in Nafplio, which was a charming little town with the best gelato if you can believe it. The tour was thorough, hitting most of the highlights of mainland Greece. The tour guides, Mariana and then Anna, were great. Both very knowledgeable, affable women, highly recommend the two of them. Overall a great trip, my first time with Keytours, but hopefully not the last!

“Well organised, stress free, very enjoyable.” The whole trip started with a little bit of a confusion, as the pick up from hotels in Athens was done together for people taking part in different type of tours. No-one mentioned it to us and for a while we thought there was some mess up and we were in a wrong bus (almost everybody was taking 1 day tour). Fortunately, very quickly things became clearer and we could sit back, relax and enjoy the journey. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgable. The explanations weren't too lengthy but if we had some questions she was always open to go more into details. The time given to roam around the sites was absolutely perfect for us. We were very pleased with the hotels and food. Maybe expect the stay in Delphi were standard were noticeably lower. Over all we had a great time in Greece and were very satisfied.
