Once I make my reservation,how will I receive the tickets for my tour?
You will receive a confirmation email with full details for travel - just print it off and present it at the time of check in.
Are there any discounts for children?
All child prices are listed on the website and are available for children between the ages of 3 and 16 years.
What types of vehicles are used for the tours?
We offer a choice between coach and mini-coach tours.
Rest assured that you will ride in comfort,all the coach tours are conducted in luxury motor-coaches, equipped with air-conditioning.
Will my tour be cancelled due to weather conditions?
Tours will only be cancelled under circumstances detrimental to your enjoyment (e.g - weather, road closures). If a tour must be canceled by us there will be a full refund given to you.
What hotels do you pick up from?
We pickup from most hotel areas in the central Athens area. A full list of the available hotel pick ups can found on the tour description page.
Will I be charged if I need to change my tour date?
Subject to availability, there will be no charge to change your reservation.
Will I be charged if I am unable to travel?
Cancellations outside of 24 hours of departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellation within 24 hours of departure date. Missed departures are treated as cancellation and no refunds will be offered.
Are gratuities included in the tour price?
Gratuities are not included in the prices listed, tips are at your discretion.
How soon should we reserve our tours?
For day tours we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. For extended tours we recommend booking at least one month in advance. This ensures your seat on the tour and avoids any disappoinment once you arrive in Greece.
Will we see all the major sights?
Our tour routes are the most comprehensive way to see the best that each region has to offer.
Will we get a commentary?
There is a full commentary in English and a choice of six other languages (see each tour description).
Will I be travelling with a reliable company?
Most certainly. Key Tours has been in business since 1963 and we have perfected the escorted holidays experience throughout the world.
How much luggage can I bring?
Due to limited space on the motor coach Trafalgar recommends one suitcase per person with the dimensions of 30 in. x 18 in. x 10 in. and weight not exceeding 27kg / 60 lbs - plus the Trafalgar travel bag.
How do I change my currency?
Currency can be exchanged at airports or banks throughout Europe, and traveller’s cheques are easy to obtain. Whilst small amounts of cash are necessary, it is advisable to carry mainly traveller’s cheques as they can be replaced if lost or stolen. Also, most bank machines (ATM’s) throughout Europe accept debit cards. Currency packs are also available.
Can I bring a wheelchair on tour?
Yes, as long as it is fully collapsible, non-motorized and you are travelling with an able bodied companion capable of pushing you in it. Please advise us at time of booking if you plan to bring one.

What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellation is received by Key Tours 45 days or more prior to departure, you will forfeit the non-refundable deposit initially paid and we will refund the balance of what you have paid. The shorter amount of cancellation notice time, the greater amount of penalty charge. Please refer to the brochure for full details.
